The following departments are situated in Thun: Ordnance, special material, personal equipment (uniforms, baggage, etc.), horse tack, weapons and ammunition, graphics, written material and photography, lighting, survey and optical material. The managing director Stefan Schaerer is also the division manager Thun. Herbert Baschung as deputy manager is responsible for the inventory and supervises the special material department. Monika Brunner is responsible for administration and finances.
